The upper pic shows icepicks and boxcars, with some hypopigmentation.

The lower pic shows box cars and rolling scars on the temples.

I would do 4 > sessions of cannula subcision, especially good for the temples. Filler does so so here as the area has arteries, ... Thus I would do Chinese Cupping (amazon) for a month after on the area.
