I have taken it yes @neofoxmy acne is gone in all the photos though.
It is both creepy and hilarious when Dr Lim finds out where people live by tracing their IP, the contrast between one moment talking about scar revision then the next turning into some hackerman is comical. I'm sure I've seen him do this a few times now. Rightly so if he is being slandered and libelled

That is unrealistic and you aren't going to ever be in that predicament. @tryinghard123is right on this. The closest you can get in a real life situation is in a store with bright overhead florescent lighting and even that doesn't look half as bad as angled lighting @link626car mirrors are tinted unlike mirrors, everything that casts a shadow is made twice as dark, scars are only visible as they cast shadows. This is why people who don't have acne scars quite like to look in car mirrors because it can make them look more attractive as all their features are accentuated, e.g jawline, cheekbones, etc... I think you need to see a therapist if this is the way you honestly see yourself, I used to be a lot like you, then I saw a therapist and I'm getting better.
true for acne scarring as they are only dents and dont differ from normal skin in texture
but accidental scars chicken pox scars which are deep can be seen in any lighting due to their shiny scar texture
I have a chicken pox scar under my eye that I don't care about what so ever, I agree, but it is so tiny I couldn't care less. I have had it since I was 4 @Anish004
JohnMarston:Why did you decideto go to Emil and not to wait for Chu in June?Earlier appointment? Did u have the consultation before? How was ur visit to Emil in general?
It is hard to believe what I readhere about Lim..his videos are informative and useful..but I can understand tryinghard123, nothing worked forme so far... and I did not have much success with Chu..u could say poor healing, aging...here is floridagirl, she is young, also tried everything and nothing worked... suggestion more Sub plus fillers. I have the feeling after reading numerous threads here- Subcision plus fillers is recommended to everyone with mild+ scarring.
BA answer to tryinghars123: if Subcision was done in the past with No filler then yes it will do nothing. lovely, so my two Subs with one of the best scars revision doc Chu was a waste of time and money.
Chu doesn't use filler, scars will re-tether simple as that. He is stuck in his ways. Emil does use filler, he used HA Filler on me, so my scars are less likely to re-tether. Also, emil offers lasers and is getting Genius RF in the future so I thought it best to see him, and he is one of the best scarring doctors out there.
The rest of your comment doesn't apply to me. Subcision does work for the vast majority, you might just be a poor healer, I don't know.
Some more info: Emil said I had A LOT of fibrosis, even in my left cheek where there is minimal scarring, therefore he used a NOKOR needle over cannula. The subcision itself was totally painless, though the injection of the anaesthesia gave a painful burning sensation, very unpleasant. I think he used lidocaine. Heard lots of popping as he sword away at the tethering, quite satisfying. The entire thing cost only 500 aprox, this included the consulation and sub + filler. Very pleased, he was a very nice guy and spoke excellent English. Additionally he said he could source Sculptra or it's equivalent.
Next appointment in 3 months as per his and BA's advice, going to be getting another subcision + filler, maybe some laser for any early acne scars to be safe or TCA cross on the few boxcars I have.
much too soon to tell, swelling makes scars invisible... give it a month and then you will see the result @JohnThegreat

we'll see. keep us updated man. thank you so much! and get well soon.
Thanks <3 @JohnThegreat
@JohnMarstonHope you get good results. I'm from the UK too, London to be precise. Can Iask what sort of route you took to get to Emil and how wasthe journey time?
Thanks. Flew from Gatwick to Copenhagen, this took about 2 hours. Then a train from Coppenhagen airport to Odense, this took 1hr 50 mins. Then from Odense train station to Emil by taxi was around 20 mins, it is within walking distance of the station if you fancy a walk Hope this helps. @HeavyRun
Some serious bruising now! I will link a google docs on the first page so it is more easy to follow treatment progression rather than having to scroll through pages on here.
No scars on temple area, only on my cheeks, mild scarring on my left, moderate on my right. @JohnThegreat
I got a question, does your derma mentioned something about how they treat scars depending on how old it is? does old scars are hard to treat or is it just the same with recent scars?

@JohnThegreat
fresh scars 2-3 months old are very easy to treat using lasers @JohnThegreat , speak to BA

btw, does the fillers temporary or they are permanent?
@JohnThegreattemporary, HA FIller, lasts 6 months or more. Will get sculptra in future which lasts a few years and stimulates your own collagen
