I have these scars which are 3 years old and I'm from India I want to know the best treatment possible for me and can I remove them using scarend gel ?

Hey bro I'm also indian first of all they are mixed scars I mean open pores + ice pick scars please don't apply anyt on your skin you are making your skin worse and worae even I have same scars just look like yours if anything helps you then it's Tca & co2 laser

Which laser I have to do picosure or co2?

Also explain what is a spacer?

How much improvement i can see with these treatments ?

@sahilrajpalyou do both, co2 is for scars, picosure is for discoloration and to make new collagen.

Spacer prevents re-tethering, please read the FAQ, first post of the scar treatments sub, goto the subcision section.

I do not offer improvement %, everyone heals differently and responds to different things, ... I will say you should get 50% improvement if you do all of the treatments above and the Dr is qualified.
