You are one month post Accutane, there is lots of healing that will go on over the next year. 6 months is a good moderate time for you to see changes. This is PIE post accutane or wounding. IT will soften and the surface rolling scars with time, then we can better assess treatment.

I do think you need cannular subcision throughout the cheek.

RF microneedling (3-4 treatments)

A resurfacing procedure like erbium or peels.

Space things 3 months apart.

Suncision can be done now, ... everything else you must wait 6 months for some more healing or you can just wait 6 months and see post Accutane. In 6 months start retin-a / tretinorin/ differin.
