This is a quite common problem, temple rolling boxcar scarring. There is not deep fat loss and it's mainly textural.
1) Cannular subcision works well here. They can use things like PRP, Saline, and or a very experienced injector could do filler (sculptra is popular collagen simulator in the temples or a HA filler).You will need multiple sessions. Space them 3 months apart or whenever your filler goes away.
2) RF microneedling in between your sucbision treatments. This helps this type of scarring a lot. If your Dr does not have this you can do co2 3-7% low density and the highest power over the scars. You will need 3-4 sessions.
3) TCA Paint on would work on some of the scars, they paint 3 coats of 30% only in the pits of the scars.
4) Erbium laser resurfacing to work on the texture.
You can stop at any time when your satisfied.
