You have a combo of box cars, some rolling scars, and a few icepicks. All at the surface, not to deep, and textural in nature. No major fat loss.

Agree with BA, if you want the single biggest improvement it would be NOKOR, if your bonds release immediately, your scarring will be markedly improve with that treatment. I think the rate limiting scars will be your linear fibrotic scar on your nose and your pebbles stone hypertrophic scars on the sides of your nose. A good specialist will know how to manage these with steroid injections or low density CO2, wipe off the char then occlude with A 40 steroid in a 'drip' manner for one hour. I wish you well, you are in good hands with BAs recommendations and advice.

Oh! I forgot to mention that my dermatologist told me that some sesions (3 or 4) of microneedling could be great for my scars but none of you even mentioned that treatment. Could microneedling help with my acne scars or totally not?

@SearchgioYou can do microneedling aka dermastamping or buy a derminator at home, ... why pay a specialist for it. For 3 treatments you could buy 3 of them depending on your clinics costs haha.

The plan we provided would work best for you above, ... they are both the same basically. Find a better dermatologist if they cannot do the above plan as it sounds like they do not have experience with scars (current derm).

I was wondering if microneeling could help me to improve my acne scars because I dont know if theres a doctor in my city that can do what you recomented me above but Ill totally look for it, and also try to talk with my dermatologist. Finally Ive to say that microneeling its not that expensive here in Mexico, actually every sesion costs like 50 or 60 dollars, so thats why I thought that it could be a good option too.

Anyway, Ill try to do what you adviced me and see what happens.

@Searchgiothat does sound cheap, get the microneedling to start then. If they offer prp for a cheap cost with microneedling get that as well. Do what you can. Filler should be cheap as well with a cannula throughout the scarred areas.
