@motherofmsPorefessional primer blurs pores with or without other makeup, guys can use it too. High Def makeup also blurs things, brighten up the eyes - shadows to draw attention away, flashy lipstick / clothes. Have them turn up the lighting to wash out the face, hence why you look better in bright light not shadows or / and, have it retouched by a graphic artist aka photoshop.
