What exactly are scars to you... The reds are PIE or wounding post acne and this is not scarring.
1) The pits can be treated with subcision and a bit of filler (you may need a few treatments).
2) Do several rounds of TCA Cross.
3) I would also do some tca peels for texture after this. (It will take several).
4) For the reds you would do vascular laser or IPL, this works just on the color.
Please space the treatments 3 months apart so you can heal properly.
