I had a decently deep abrasion on my hand in the shape of a circle, it has mostly healed well however it hasn't fully closed. Is there any kind of ointment I can't use to make it heal better and get the "circle" of skin to close?

Firstly I would see a doctor if your wound is not closing, may be infection.

Medical grade honey is good and those tagderm bandages you keep on for days. Or a hydrogel product with silver - etc sold OTC in the pharmacy. ...Some use triple antibiotic cream. Some expensive bandages have this stuff built in now.
