Sure you can, ... would I do it personally, no. I think the body needs time to heal between treatments. When your doing this combo treatments there is lots of inflammation, swelling, and healing of the treated issue, ... when you treat both at one time - it can be not as effective to target the issue specifically. Some people don't have the down time or finances (multi office visits) are a issue of doing multiple visits, so do what you need to do.
