You have Ice picks mainly and large pores. Treatment of choice for you will be several sessions of TCA Cross and Some TCA peels. Goto the FAQ - top of the Scar treatments sub, then goto the tca section, click the link on TCA and read the whole first page.

Or get a erbium peel. These are very minor.
