There's a report out earlier this year that claimed Infini has no effect on HA filler, which has been echoed by reputable derms like Drs. Davin Lim and Steven Weiner.

I think you will get some great result since you already had subcision. I went cold turkey and bit the bullet with just the Infini treatment (had 2 so far) but I like what I see. And that's already a mouthful since I rarely compliment my own look (for obvious reason). How times change. Well, go figure!
I think a paper will be out in a high ranking journal showing the histology of filler and Infini shortly. It was done by an Australian dermatologist with controlled studies. Fillers are made via strep.... a bacteria. They are sterilised at over 120 degrees celsius for over 12 minutes depending on the company. Infini RF and lasers deliver controlled heating, if one is talking about Infini- 67+ degrees for a maximum of 1000ms or 1 second (Device max settings). So the theory is that it will not degrade filler. This paper shows 6 sites treated with Infini RF, 3 control, 3 treated , blinded histological report showed no difference. Once the paper is published it will lay this mystery to rest, as many doctors- specialist have their own opinions without research. Stay tuned.

Is the paper out yet? What are the results? Is it safe to have subcision plus filler followed by Infini RF or fractional laser in one session or shortly after the filler?
