The best treatment for icepick scars is TCA cross.
Sometimes laser is better for the nose with icepicks, a profractional ablative treatment. The nose is not traditional skin it's cartilage. They would need to get under the area of concern. Goto a Dr who specializes in Aesthetics. TCA can work but without seeing the picture I have to offer this other treatment.
TCA CROSS then ablative erbium laser. This is the most predictable way to remove them. The nose is very forgiving -- having said that do not try high strength TCA at home. If you misjudge the type of scar, it could potentially enlarge it. BA is correct, once your scars are raised, simple Scition (or erbium), either fractional or fully ablative can level the scars. This is one area that can respond to almost 100% correction. If you have a lot of scars, 3-6 sessions needed.
Looks Good 😉 Keep raising those scars
Use a Occlusive Moisturizer . Namely keep the wound moist, stay safe.
