Your scarring is very minimal. I see a pimple on your cheek that looks angry and inflamed. TCA peels would work for you and tca cross for any icepicks you have. I would not do laser. From the one pic you posted you could do well with several peels weather glycolic, tca, etc... Because you have pigmented skin please use a whitening product like hydroquinone or albutin and konjic in the ingredients before and after your peels along with retin a / tretinorin cream to avoid hyperpigmentation.
