So I just had my first subcision ever last week (so far, healing well).

What sort of rotation of other modalities have people seen success with?

I am talking about the order, and timing between, subcision, TCA peels and microneedling.

I am thinking that each procedure should be done every 4-5 weeks, but I don't know if that's right and I don't know if the order matters.

My doctor said do all the subcisions first and then worry about all the other modalities. I just sort of disagree.

Would love all your input. Thanks everyone.

Personaly knowing my skin i wouldnt needle, not with these home methods/rollers etc as i know they cause me scar problem and texture issues,so based of my own experience i wouldnt say go on and needle what got subcised.

find out how your skin reacts first before hitting your ehole face or scars yiu had treated at a cost,it might make it worse.

why they suggest to start of weak on tca work and build up the strength and depth based on how your skin reacts.

so try small area first, with scars and see how the skin and scar reacts.it will also give your subcised/treated areas time to heal, this is where the magic is with scar treatment, its mostly in the healing.

You can alternate between subcision and microneedling every 6 weeks to raise the scars up. Once the scars are raised, you can do TCA peels to smooth the edges of the scars
