Hey everyone, thanks for taking the time to read my post! Before I show my pale skin and confusing scarring, I want to say that I have researched everything I could have for these scars and I'm still just as confused. I tried to get a few different angles as well as different forms of lighting. Ignore the redness as these were taken shortly after some exercise. Thanks!

These two were taken with only natural light coming in through a window from a weird angle.

These three were taken under a single lightbulb in the bathroom, again had to shift and shimmy to find an angle that showed the canyons.

Another thing to note is that the scarring in the pictures are hard to notice if they aren't in certain lighting, and if I barely stretch the affected skin, the scars appear to disappear.

Im curious to if these are moderate to severe scars and what treatments I could do to lessen the noticeablity. Thanks for reading!

You got a lot of surface texture issues, some boxcar, you got moderate condition but its wide spread over your entire cheeks down to your jaw line.

first thing first, get yoyr acne under control and try not to use or over use any ointments.this will help yoyr skin to be mire normal, just apply to the spots nit entire area, and only to control inflammation,a great natural anti inflammatiry is beetroot, try eating a goid diet that is healthy for your skin,it will control your acne and aid the healing of your skin.

shave regulary,if your treating your scars you need to be free of hair.

tca cross on smaller deeper boxcar scars and for your ice picks.

but where i see you benefitting if your a good healer is tca peel.done at 25% you will get noticable improvement but remember its done over a long period so dont expect to be clear after one treatment,it takes months.

read up in the faq about treatment and be sure to do it as recommended.
