your scars look very minor so shouldnt require to much to make it look better

Maybe try low percentage TCA with some microdermabrasion

You might find microdermabrasion will help alot

I don't see scars / very minor skin imperfection, I see a problem with PIE or redness wounding post acne. For this you can try glycolic peels (also sold on acne.org) also retin a / or tretinorin helps some with minor imperfections. Laser can be helpful to heal PIE quicker sometimes taking a year or more (V-beam, excel v, ipl, 1064nm).
