Does anyone know what the holes are in my cheek (pic below)?
When i was 16 (5 years ago), i had a little white bump in my cheek, which eventually turned into an abscess/cyst (doctor didn't seem sure...). Had it drained, then 1 year later it came back and i had an operation to remove it, however i was left with a scar, a mark and a little and bigger hole which i'm not sure what they are.
is it a blackhead?
do i need it checked out?
does anyone know how to get rid?
its painless, however can be itchy.

Yes you do need to have it checked out by a dermatologist, it could be numerous things including clogged pores to folliculitus from your facial hair, hair breeds bacteria against the skin. Regardless to treat you would have to shave. Some get laser hair removal if hair is a issue to their skin. Check with a derm. You can try using differin which kills bacteria - retin a derivative (sold at target). A derm can inject the cysts with kenalog (must be very dilute) and this makes big cysts shrink, if they do it to Strong it can cause a pit though .
