So I have had this red mark on my face for a whilst and it doesn't fade, when I try to pick at it a small lump under the skin forms, but this doesn't come to a head and nothing really comes out of it except a little juice. Then it will just go back down and continue to be the annoying red mark, it also looks much worse in the sun, there's a small hole where it is, which may be a pitted scar??
Please goto a derm, this could be a permanent scar. you can try putting triple antibiotic cream on it for 2 weeks first. If it is PIE or post acne wounding, it can take a year or more to fade, I cannot determine this until you give it time to heal. Emu oil is also good. Men can wear dermablend over it for color correction, sold at macys.
