As your acne is in remission that looks like mainly redness, it will fade after 6-12 months so it shouldn't be that noticeable by the time you are allowed to do scar treatments (6 months after accutane). But if it is an issueat that point tca peels and vascular lasers are an option.

Apart from that you don't have much to worry about although it looks pretty bad now they will be mainly superficial scars and easy to treat. I'd say wait and see, its too early to start recommending treatments when you cant have any for 8 months at least.

The only way to limit damage is to not pick, and have a good skin care regimen/diet/sleep.

Thanks, the huge cyst I have is mostly the bane of my life right now. I hope I clear up in a few months!!

Honestly, if it were me I would get a cortisone shot for the cyst in the middle of your forehead. Just be sure to get a very DILUTED concentration of cortisone so you don't get atrophy. Tell the doctor to use a low percetage like 2.5mg/ml. The longer a cyst sits on your face the more severe the potential scarring. Trust me I've been down that road and wished I did the cortisone shots for my larger cysts.
