The scar would have to be realy shallow and with weak tether if you rely on suction alone or very strong suction but be carefull you dont do more harm.

perhaps needling them with something like derminator is better option,ok so you dont needle under the scar but straight towards it but you put soo many pricks in the scar it encourages wounding and therefore healing?

Rolling Tethered scar needs subcision by a dr and filler or suction.
