Have a skin problem on both sides of my cheeks it looks really bumpy and raw don't really know what caused it or what it is. Any products that I can use to treat it.

You need to goto your derm and get a cream, most likely they will give you a steroid. It could be numerous things. Melsma, Millia, Scared pores, sebaceous hyperlasia, etc.

Oh thanks is there any home remedies I can use or which store I can get the steroid product from

A glycolic peel, which is sold in the acne.org store. This does cell turnover for clogged pores.
