I'm being a bit dense trying to identify what type of scarring this is. I have found the culprit of my acne (a medication) and am now moving on to dealing with the scars that remain. A point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated thank you.

I don't see scars per say in this pic. If you are referring to the redness on the cheek this is PIH from pigment. Treatments are retin a cream, skin bleaching cream, and ipl, bbl, or photo facials / 1064 nm laser.
