Hello,

surgery scar under eyebrow (it was a cut and stitched, with a strip of skin removed). Would subcision help? What are the other options, and how much improvements would I expect? (I think this is a depressed scar, since if I stretch it, it more or less disappears). Any comments appreciated.

Many doctors will recommend scar revision http://www.plasticsurgerypractice.com/2010/07/scar-revision-analysis-and-strategies/

While any facial plastic surgeon can can do this, the safest best is aOculoplastic Surgeon

No subcision will not work.

Laser could help soften it., perhaps v-veam for the red line. Be very careful who you choose sensitive area.

It's a pretty old scar (>10 years). Why would subcision not help, if it is a contracted scar (as it appears to me it is)?

No they do no do subcision in this area nor is subcision for surgical scars. They would do a revision or laser.
