I want to start needling and I've decided onthe pen. I've seen some that are $99 (Dr. Pen) and I've seen another made my dermapenworld for $399.
A huge price difference but I'm wondering if there is a quality difference.
What should I look for when determining what to choose?
I'd go for neither the majority of users on here use owndoc's derminator. Both you mentioned are made from cheap Chinese buzzer like parts which cause micro tearing to the skin. The Derminator is a much better unit for a cheap enough price and the same quality as a very expensive doctors unit.
