I had subcision done on 2 scars around 4 weeks ago. I have noticed today that one of the scars is now tethered (it doesn't disappear when the skin is stretched).

Is this normal or would it mean the treatment has not worked very well? I also read that subcision is only useful for tethered scars, my scars are not tethered...
