Erbium resurfacing for rolled scars ?

I am 22 year old male with rolled acne scars similar to the pictures below. These are most visible on my left temple.
Where I live, there is no CO2 laser. Maybe that`s a good thing, because I read a lot of reviews of people that had severe complications after CO2 ablative resurfacing.

My question is, what results can I expect to get after 1-2 treatments with Burane XL Er:YAG 2940 nm laser ? I would appreciate if an expert could answer this.

This is the laser I`m talking about : [Edited link out]

I do not expect 100 % improvement, I know that no type of laser can achieve that, but still, I want to know how effective is this particular Erbium laser for my condition...I am pretty sure the doctor would use ablation mode while treating me.

Thanks in advance!

Lasers are useless for rollIng scars like that. They re expensive/no results machines (even with erbium or co2). The only way to improve those scars, especially in the first pic, is subcision plus filler. From my experience, I ve tried both. Good luck

You're better off getting subcision and paying 1/2 - 1/4 of the price.

I made a mistake (sorry), the pictures up there are too severe, they do not really replicate my condition.
Anyway, Ill post real pictures below.
Unfortunately, there isn`t anyone doing the subcisionmethod here.

As you can see, my acne scars are not that severe like in some other unfortunate cases There are some a bit deeper scars on the temple. I would be satisfied if the Erbium laser could increase the overall quality of my skin (it looks worse compared to people with no acne scars).

There are some keloid scars on my mandible, they get covered with my beard and I`m not too concerned about them.

Microneedle aka derminator or goto a derm from a rf microneedle treatment. Read the below link. I can't tell on your neck under the beard looks like a scar this needs to be broken up with rf micoreedle or laser. Do not expect 100% when you do this and it's a long process. Erbium will do little for you skin. Always do non energy devices first.

Okay, I managed to find an offer for 5 treatments of Dermapen Microneedling ( http://www.dermapenworld.com/dp-family/dermapen-3.html ) + 1 microdermabrasionat the end. Would that be better than the Er: Yag Fract. laser ?

thanks for your help btw !

Nothing will be once and done. Many people take years to work on their scars. You can buy one for home for the cost of one treatment. But If you want the derm to do it thats cool. Laser is for very minor texture correction, it can often make things worse too so its a gamble. Start with microneedle and see how you do.
