The photo below is not mine. I found it on google and it is very similar to my boxcar scars. I've had mine since I was 12 or 13 y.o. and I'm 20 now. I want to know the safest and best (possibly cheapest) way to get rid of my boxcar scars. I'm considering the dermaroller but I'm afraid it will worsen the situation or it won't be worth the money. Will it? Will it not? Advice and tips from some who have used it before pls. Thank You So Much in advance for the ones who will respond.
