Great study. I'm constantly searching for these studies but this one slipped. I did a quick read, I'll go more into detail when I have the time, but from what I got they used a regular roller with 2mm needles, not a dermapen or derminator device.

From what I've learned from Davin Lim's videos and other stuff online both microneedling and fractionated laser work the same, except laser does this by heating. I don't believe the results are so similar but they have to be close
