Hi Guys,
My names Jake I'm new here. I'm a freshman in college and i've been suffering from acne since freshman year in high school. Junior year my acne got so bad I had to be put on Accutane. I was on it for 7 months at 130 MG a day. Long story short now I suffer from the occasional breakout on my cheeks but my real problem is my scars and hyperpigmentation. How do i get rid of these?! Ive tried everything. What i'm currently using is Epiduo in the morning after my acne face wash, and then tazorac at night. I've gotten 5 microneedeling procedures and 1 IPL procedure done. It's costed me over $8000, and still embarrassed to leave the house. Any suggestions to what I should do next?

I'm sorry that you are suffering so much because of this. Hopefully this board will help you find a solution 
Treatment would depend very much on the types or scars you have, can you upload any photos? You can block out your eyes and nose etc if you don't want your face to show. I have got very good results in the past with Subcision and PRP but then I had another break out so got scars again. I am recovering now from Subcision, PRP, RF Microneedle and Fractional laser and am hopeful that things will improve. Do you have a budget?
