I have tethered wide boxcars and i don't know what i can do to treat them. I already had 3 subcisions (everytime i suction them afterwards) and there are not much positive results. I think they are the same as they were before subcision.

I planned to get a total fx laser treatment, but i figured it out it wont work because my scars are tethered. Maybe subcision and laser? Subcision and filler? What should i do?
