You should take a pic with a flashlight directly over them or at an angle that shows your scars the most. Then we will be able to describe your indentations more accurately.

That is exactly what I did. This is the worst my scars could possibly look

Used my phone flashlight pointing downwards, and took a picture with a digital cam

I think beautifulambition is right, the majority of the scarring looks to be shallow, tethered boxcar

Appreciate all the help guys! Idk why it looks smoother on camera, but in real life the scars are much more jagged and looks worse.
