I was wondering what treatment can we perform easily at home that gradually would improve texture, much like needling supposedly gradually improves indents.
I am thinking maybe exfoliating on a twice weekly basis. Anything that doesn't come with downtime or just little like two-three days top.
Personally I use Retin-A, although I haven't noticed much improvement in my deeper scars, it has evened out my skintone and overall smoothness of my skin. I've also been doing glycolic acid applications for the superficial scarring. Both treatments have been scientifically proven to improve texture and superficial scarring.
