First, treat your active acne. Secondly - your scaring would look 60% better once the redness has gone. To speed that up, an AHA lotion may help, it will help clear up your remaining acne too.

I can definitely understand why your icepick scars bother you. Like people have said above, cure your acne first. Then I recommend looking into punch excision, TCA cross, and chemical peels for your scarring, which appears to be mostly icepick type.
