Hi, I'm Bill, and I'm 17. I suffered from cystic acne for about two years, recently is has cleared up, and in some lighting I am thrilled, in others, it looks terrible, and to me it seems that cysts have disrupted the symmetry of my face. I know this isn't as severe as many people's scarring and lots of it is hyperpigmentation.

My main concern, however, is this scar right above my right eyebrow, it seems to be a hypertrophic scar, but I am not sure.

The pictures below are taken in different lighting, some harsher than others, and I'd like to reiterate it is not as severe as many on here, and my main concern is the one above my right eyebrow, and the fact that my cystic acne seems to have disrupted the symmetry between each side of my face, and now it looks odd. If you have any suggestions for treatment that would be much appreciated aswell.
