all doctors care about is our money. we spend thousands of dollars hoping for IMPROVEMENT, not even normal skin but IMPROVEMENT, and even that we can rarely achieve unless we blow our entire bank account. its hopeless. the more money we spend the more unsatisfied we are.
life would be so much easier without acne.

Yes and no. Research the hell out of things, research the hell out of doctors, and do what you can by yourself, i.e. needling.
They can be improved.
It it seems you're stuck in the cycle of negativity. Don't be so hard on yourself.
People with real acne scarring do get improvements, up to 75%, utilizing procedures like subcision and excision, combining it with peels and perhaps suctioning, etc (lasers are a scam which is why I didn't mention them)
Notice how I said "real" acne scarring. Meanwhile you have a tiny little hole or two, invisible to the naked eye.
People like you do not get drastic improvements, because there is nothing to improve.

C'mon people, quit downgrading lasers. If they are used right for the right kind of scarring, they can be a great tool. Black and white thinking, on the other hand, will not get you very far.

i do have real scarring. if you look at pics i have actual acne scarring and natural fat from volume loss. i wouldnt be here if i didnt have scarring. in the worst lighting and angles it looks even worse. my left temple has 2 deep scars, right side of face next to goatee on jawline has 2 deep pitted scars creating a line, and on left side near mouth i have 2 scars and natural fat creating a lump. oh also my nose has ice picks all over.

i thought this forum was to help people? i have been nothing but supportive of others. with the exception of scarredandsad and i apologize for that as i was out of line

Post a before and after laser photo of any member on this site. where they get an amazing improvement.
Because I can't find any.
And don't post anything off of Google. Those are all altered and/or taken during the swelling-phase to reel the customers in so the doctor can make more money to fund his lavish Turks & Caico / St. Barts / Bahama vacations.
