Hey! Are you more concerned with red/darker, acne marks, or pitted/icepick scars? For me, I use bio oil, but I use it as a spot treatment along with zinc oxide. The zinc makes skin flaky, so after I was my face, I dab bio oil ONLY on my scars or red marks specifically, let it soak in, then rub a little diaper cream on them (lots of people suggest calamine lotion but the stuff I use is 40% ZO so def stronger). It literally lifts off hyper-pigmentation, inflammation, redness, etc. in a few days. The sooner you treat the better! Also just for a normal pimple, zinc is amazing. Hope I helped!
