Hi everyone,

I am a male and have pretty much terrible oily(T-zone) and dry skin. I  noticed on the last picture that I took these white 'lines', don't know how to call them actually, or why they appear, in the lower right up to the middle of the picture. Can anyone help in identifying what's that actually, and not sure if these pink/red spots are just hyper-pigmentation marks or scars? Any advice would be helpful, thanks.
