Does anyone have experience with skin boosters?

I know a girl who tried these when she was overseas for work and said they were fantastic. Unfortunately, they are not available in the US yet (as far as I know). If you live in Europe I'm sure you could find a clinic that injects skinboosters. I am patiently awaiting their arrival to the US.
