From what other people have said about it, it's really good. I think the paula's choice one is good too (I think she makes one).
I haven't used it myself though.
As for 3d scarring, I personally don't think it will do that much, it's better for hyper-pigmentation. To get results with 3d scars and glycolic acid, you would have to use it for a while. You would get better results with a higher strength chemical exfoliant such as a retinoid, but you need a prescription.
Basically if you want to spend your money on it for the sole purpose of improving your rolling scars, you're wasting it, otherwise, it's super good for general skin tone and colour.
