This look like early stageRhinophyma, it doesn't really get better but you can slow the progression.
How is the 30% salicylic working? I would stick to that and weekly peels. I might try TCA myself.

Well you can try co2 laser maybe or maybe not it will help what is your skin condition now

@Racinejosh@cookingENGYou guys this post is from 2016. This is very common in ethnic skin types especially Asians who have have large pores and a forum or rosacea called and rhinophyma. Dr's often tca cross the pores, will electrosurgery or co2 laser the raised hypotrophic scars and then resurface the nose. IF your main concern is large pores throughout the face high density fraxel 1927nm is great. Get the oil production under control with a Salicylic Acid wash once a day, some retin-a/tretinorin, and a product like cureology, or pca HA freepigment gel.
