I actually stumbled across a user posting about her success with water earlier today! She went into great detail about her routine and explained how water affects the body.

Here's the post:
I'm thinking about drinking more water throughout the day as well, just to see if it affects me any. It doesn't hurt to give it a shot!

I drink a gallon of water a day for the past 2 years and it hasn't helped with indented scars. but it does help your skin with flushing out toxins

Ofcourse it helps. Not with ice picked or indented scars but with overall skin texture. Google lemon water detox.. Basically whatever you eat there might be some toxic stuff which your body cant tolerate or some acids etc and it needs to be flushed out from the body. For some people its through acne or pimples or diarrhea or urine or something. The cleaner ur inner system is, the more it will affect ur appearance. Just cut slices of lemon and cucumber and put in ur water bottle overnight. Next day keep drinking it all day it helps alot.

I have been doing that for the past two weeks. And on top of that, I eat a lot of vegetables and juicy fruits. It didn't change a thing.

@Nope.aviwhat helped us is what we are stating here that too cz the question was asked !! If it didnt help you well then too bad but it did help some of us and might be helpful to the one asking here. Atleast this is much better than some harsh products being promoted or used as trial and error and worsening the matter. Theres nothing wrong with sharing the knowledge or experiences so no need to barge in or go abusive without even knowing whats going on. thankyou very much !

It didn't help you. You just think it did. You placebo'd yourself. This stuff has been proven not to work, so stop passing it on.

Some products are too harsh, for some, but thats for the user to decide. They should know their own skin by now.

I agree absolutely with @Nope.avi There is no such things as a "detox" or "flushing out toxins". Absolute woo-woo hogwash.
