Borderline mild. Very shallow you are relatively lucky. If I graded them using the goodman grading I would say its a 1

And for solutions I would say Tca peels Microneedling and Retin A

Yeah but I would get a dermastamp to avoid microtearing with the dermaroller.. Ice picks are difficult to treat because they are really deep for ice picks Ive heard tca cross and punch exscion is good. Try posting your picture on realself you will get doctors to better help you.
