Hey guys, I have had acne for 3 years now and I am noticing scarring on the face. Depending on how hydrated I am, the scars can be more or less visible. I also had an outbreak on my chest and I have been using Mederma treatment cream which requires use of 3-6 months. I am nearing 6 months and haven't seen great results in larger scars. Looking for suggestions, Thankyou! Trying to accept these changes but am struggling.

Looks like you still have active acne. It's recommended that you take care of that before starting any scar treatments.

As what FriskyCreek have mentioned, definitely get your acne under control first before proceeding to any scar revision treatments. I see some rolling scars that would benefit from subcision. Those deeper localized divots would do nicely with focus needling and fillers to do the heavy lifting.

All the best,
Scarredemon
