I've seen it happenand I'm concrete proof (to myself), but it'sunlikely especially if you're prone to scarring. However, that doesn't mean the scar can never even out over time once it's 'permanent - no redness'.I've had scars (shallow ones) even out over the course of a year or two. Others recquired subcision,needling etc.
