I have these pits/scars on my nose that have really been bothering me lately and making me very self conscious. 

I don't really know what they're from, I have pretty oily skin, moderate cystic acne, and I have a pretty bad habit of stress squeezing my nose. Could this have caused these little pits? 

Has anyone else had pitted scars like this on the nose and gotten them to go away or at least go down a little bit? 

Any help is appreciated.
