I see you have beautiful skin, nice tan( asian i think) I wouldnt worry too much about the red spots, i see them, they will fade away, you can speed up the process with an AHA or BHA( for example paula's choice). I see very normal skin with some scared pores but very little. Don't worry the spots will fade and it will look like any other peoples skin.
