I tried getting my pictures in the absolute worst lighting. I would love to know what you think of the severity, what type of scars, and what would be a good place to start in terms of treatment. I think I am over exaggerating their severity but would love to hear your thoughts. Sometimes they are barely noticeable while
right temple
Look forward to hearing your thoughts.
Ice pick and boxscars. As far as DIY goes, TCA cross has proven effectiveness
Thanks,
Thanks for the response. I have a few questions for you.
What would you rate the severity?
Do you think I should throw something like the derma stamp in there?
Any idea how effective tca cross normally is?
Your scars are so mild that you're better off just forgetting about them
Your scars do not look that bad. I would look at perhaps doing and excision on 3 of the scars on your right temple that are smaller yet deep and have a more defined outline. There are 3 on the left side that are pretty well defined right along the hairline stacked on top of each other that a surgeon maybe able to do with 1 single excision. Make sure the cosmetic plastic surgeon has experience and uses the proper technique of using 2 layers of stitching. Use pine sap on the excisions after the procedure, and don't take showers for at least a week as you want to try to keep all moisture from allowing the skin to re-open while healing. Wait 12-18 months (dermarolling/stamping) during that time period. Then i would do subcisioning/suctioning on all of the scars on both sides of the temple. I would look at Robertittoo's thread for information on how to best go about that procedure. I think you could have good results with those combination of procedures. As for your questions about severity and tca cross. I would say that your scars are mild at worst, like a 3 out of 10. But I know that they are probably bothersome for you personally and you are probably willing to go to some troubleto have them improved as much as possible. I have very similar scarring and I would say mine are slightly worse, so i know how you feel. As for tca cross, as I understand, that is better for smaller ice pick scars. I don't think tca would be the route to go for your situation.
My scarring is in the same areas. Mine are severe though, yours are mild.
It still looks like you're getting a few spots in the temple areas? I'd try to get that under control first. Mine started out like yours and then the acne became a lot worse and I was left with pretty horrific scarring, you DO NOT want that, trust me!
I saw an improvement with 'Enerjet', I reckon you probably would too. But as above ^ See robertoos post
This is so mild. You do know there are a lot of risks involved? It is also very painful. Excision is very intense and should only be used on ice pick scars (scars that penetrate too far for anything else to touch it). I would just try to go out an enjoy life and stop worrying about them. I would not even have noticed, honest.
Of course you might think they are very bad (which they are not), and just want to do something? In that case, you could get adermapen and start doing it every 6 weeks at home and eventually they will justflatten out. Maybe TCA cross but you'll look weird for a week with black holes in your skin.
Good luck. Just be aware that there are people withsoo much worse scarring that live with it happily. Obviously, I know the pain, psychologically, scars can bring but I also know that some scars just make meunique and they are starting to grow on me. You are still beautiful with orwithout your scars.

They are not ice pick man, possibly veryshallow boxcar. It is not the shape of the scar that makes them boxcar or ice pickbut how far down they penetrate your skin. Please see what real ice pick looks like: ?3225c4(see how far down they go?).
From one picture it looks like you might have very shallow rolling scars on your cheek. But you are young so all of them (even the ones on your temple)will probably just go away with time.
Don't scare him.
