Hello, I have been to several dermatologists on this issue, it seems the only solution is surgery. Are there any less invasive ways to remove bumps from past acne pimples (most likely should be categorized as cystic acne old pimples). Please be specific with any answers, this will really help me out. Some of these marks are years old, no change. Please see photos. Only occur on nose.
