I was on accutane for nearly 1 year and 4 months the derm told me if i got off accutane my Inflammatory acne will scare, I could not handle the accutane anymore my back already is in pain 24/7 i was on 80mg i regret going on it it has fuc****ed my body bad, hopefully it will get better
From being on accutane i got Inflammatory i've had it for about a year i have one big Inflammatory acne and it looks like there is puss in it this is everyday though idk if its a white scare/scab inside it or actually pus inside it (can't see it in the photo), i've started drinking lemon daily to try and flush my system out i'm really getting desperate, my face has not change/got better in year + waking up to Inflammatory acne every day is horribile it's like active acne but it's been there for a good year!!!
I'm thinking about trying Retin-A i've been off acctuane for 3 months coming up on the 9th of next month, I thought i'd just let it heal for a couple months but still no results 
I'm starting to think the Derm was right will this be on my face for the rest of my life? If i didn't have the Inflammatory acne i could probably turn a blind eye to my acne scars and live my life, This has really got me down it's fuc*ing my life, Please any advice would be great.

You don't have a single scar, that means the acne is actually pretty mild. Retin-A should sort it out.

Hmm that's sad to see, I take back what i say about desperate you've got a really big point
But how do you know from just looking that i don't have a any scars? I hope none scar, My other side of my face i'd say alot will scar, as for Retin-A i am starting to think of giving it a go, I just wanted to let acctuane out of my system a bit it's nearly been 3 months so nearly time to give it a go i think.
